I was able to place my order without any major issues, but the whole process felt a bit clunky. The pages were slow to load, and the confirmation took longer than I expected. Maybe it was just a busy day for the site, but part of me wondered if they make the checkout drag a little so you double-check or add something else before finishing. Either way, it worked in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience.

I’ve ordered from Glaminatrix a few times now and it’s been one of those brands that just stays consistent. The shadows feel smooth, show up nicely, and I haven’t really had any weird hit or miss shades or anything like that. I’m happy with all the stuff I’ve picked up so far.

The colors looked really nice when I first put them on, so I was excited. I even went back and checked my order email to make sure I got the shades I picked because they looked so at first. But after a few hours, it started fading on me more than I expected. It’s not bad, and I’ll still use it, but I was hoping it would last a little longer

"Got sorted in the end"
My order turned up with one item missing and I was annoyed at first. I emailed them and they replied quicker than I expected. They sent the missing product out and kept me updated enough along the way. It took a few extra days but they fixed it so I’m happy overall. Giving 4 stars because it wasn’t perfect but they did sort it.

"Pretty good selection, but check stock before you get your hopes up"
Just a heads up for anyone planning to order: most of the shades I wanted were actually in stock, which was a nice surprise. But a couple of the popular ones were sold out, so don’t assume everything will be available. I still managed to find something I liked and the overall selection was decent, but I’d definitely recommend checking availability first if you have your heart set on a specific shade.

I’ve been happy with the shade range overall. There are a lot of fun colors if you want something a bit more playful, but there are also softer, more wearable shades for everyday use, which I really appreciate because I don’t always want something super bold. My only small complaint is that some of the mid-tone options seem to be out of stock more often than I’d like. Those are usually the shades I reach for the most because they’re not too light and not too dark, so it’s a little frustrating when they’re hard to get. Other than that, I think the selection is really nice.

"Great packaging, even though I usually stick with another brand"
I’ll admit I normally buy from my usual go-to brand, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the packaging was really solid. Everything arrived in one piece and was packed neatly with no damage at all. Definitely made a good first impression.

"Nice, but I’m torn on the price"
I usually stick with my go-to makeup brand, so I felt a little guilty trying this one, but I was curious. it’s nice and applies well, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the higher price. I like it, I just don’t know if it’s enough to make me switch.

My order showed up late, and I didn’t get any updates for what felt like ages, which was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but the lack of communication, really made it more annoying than it needed to be.

I’ve been using a few Glaminatrix shadows lately, mostly when I’m getting ready at my little desk by the window, and the fallout isn’t as bad as I expected. I still tap my brush off first out of habit, usually over a tissue or whatever receipt is lying there, but it doesn’t leave a big mess under my eyes. The lighter and shimmery shades have been easy to work with. I took off one star because the darker colors need a bit more patience and a lighter hand, otherwise they can get a little patchy or drop some pigment.

I had a fairly straightforward experience with them. Everything was handled politely enough, and there weren’t any major issues with the service itself. I did get a response in the end, though after waiting a little longer than I expected.

"Cruelty-Free Info Wasn’t Super Clear"
I picked this up because the brand says it’s cruelty-free and vegan, which is something I usually look for. But when I checked the site, the details felt kind of light. I wouldn’t say it told me nothing, but I was hoping for clearer stuff like certifications or more ingredient notes on each product.
Maybe I just missed something, but I didn’t feel completely sure about the claims in the end. The makeup itself wasn’t bad, not at all, I just wish there was a bit more transparency so I didn’t have to second-guess it

"Hard to blend nicely"
I really wanted to like these shadows because the colours just look so in the pan.
But they didn’t blend that well for me. A few shades kind of stuck down in patches and were just hard to smooth out, even when I used primer and tried different brushes.
I could make it work in the end, but it took way longer than my usual makeup routine. Not the worst palette, just a bit frustrating tbh

I’ve got sensitive eyes and certain eyeshadows can make them water or leave my lids feeling itchy, so I was a little cautious trying Glaminatrix. Thankfully, these didn’t bother me at all, no redness, no irritation, and my eyes felt totally fine the whole time.
I wore them for a full day and didn’t get any weird stinging or fallout getting into my eyes, which is a big win for me. The colours are lovely too, so if you’re in the same boat with sensitive eyes, I’d say they’re worth giving a try

"Processing was a little slower than expected"
My order turned out fine, but the processing took a bit longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I do think most customers would appreciate getting updates a little sooner so they’re not left wondering what’s going on

I had a good experience ordering from Glaminatrix Cosmetics. Everything arrived in good condition and I was happy with what I bought. I’ve ordered makeup online plenty of times before, so I’m used to paying shipping, but this one felt a bit high for the size of my order. It did make me pause for a second before checking out. Overall, I’m still happy with the order, I just wish there were cheaper shipping options.

"Such gorgeous pigment"
I picked up a few shadows from Glaminatrix i was so happy with how pigmented they are. Some of the shades were bold and beautiful with just one swipe, which totally surprised me. A couple needed a little extra building, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. They blended really easily too, which made using them feel so effortless. I only took one star off because one shade had a bit of fallout, but overall I’m really impressed.

"Texture was such a pain"
The texture was awful. It was way too thick and went on really patchy, so I had to spend extra time trying to smooth it out and fix it. Definitely felt like more work than it should’ve been.
